took my truck in for service... was quoated 450-500.. told them if anything came up and as long as 100 or less just go ahead and do in...go in to pick my truck and get a 875.00 bill. Carefull what u ask for.. they will take u. I vote with my feet.. skyline u lost my trust... u win the battle.. but what about the war??? ps.. the usual report card that they leave on your mirror was torn off.. thats y i'm here...online. Thanks Billy Lott!! I asked u took care of me ... job over done. Times are hard not just for u .. but for the rest of us too. Good luck keeping your customers...and staying in buisness.. when you treat them like that.

I purchased a new truck in 2007 from Skyline comercial st. I was told I had the ability to receive new tires for life if I had all my service done at Skyline. I found out today that I had gone 500 miles over the limit between oil changes so I do not qualify for new tires.
I am outraged at this denial of a promise. I have had all my service done at Skyline and find out now that it was a worthless effort. I will purchase anything from Skyline again and will reccomend no else do either. When service is req'd every five thousand miles, 500 miles should not be a problem I have 27000 on the truck now and went over by a small amount of miles. I was told when I bought the truck that I would have lifetime tires. Since when does oil changes have any thing to do with tires.
I am a very un-satisfied customer.
