Two weeks ago, I received an oil change and tire rotation from Cleo Bay Honda in Killeen, TX. Two weeks later, I went to the same place to get an out of state vehicle inspection. They would not give me an inspection sticker, stating that I needed to spend $605 new tires. I mentioned to them I just got a tire rotation through them. He still refused. I did not make a scene, but I wanted to. Never have I been to a more crooked Honda Dealership in all my life. I will not be returning to Cleo Bay Honda and I will not refer them to any of my family or friends.

The salesman who received credit for our sale only did so only because he simply responded to our request for a trade-in appraisal. However, he did NOTHING for the sale itself. We dealt with another salesman who was AWESOME, but ended up not receiving any credit. In fact, we made contact with him two days before we inquired about the appraisal. But because the salesman who simply e-mailed us back (therefor having us "in the system"), and did NOTHING else, was a JERK! So be careful who you deal with and be specific with who would like to receive the credit! Some of those guys really work hard to be honest and should be acknowledged as such!
