During my first visit to the Service Department, I personally found Service Advisor Glenn McDonald to be arrogant, insulting and not helpful. A message was left on Nov 17th for owner Mike Shetler to call me back, Mary his secretary assured me he would call me back as soon as he "came down." today is the Nov 26th, 9 days later and still no calls from Mike Shetler. Sales Mgr Preston Gray responded to my call, but Shetler did not pay me the courtesy of returning my call. I guess that is why I was the only customer on the lot when I purchased my vehicle...lack of concern by ownership.
