If you want to get a great deal on a new or preowned auto NEVER EVER go to ROTH-ROCK!! These people are the biggest crooks arround! I went there to buy a used Chevy, like 2 years old or so and the salesperson kept trying to sell me a 6 year old Dodge. When I finaly found a decent looking Chevy he refused to show me a car fax or any service records!! I copied the vehicle Id number and left , I did my own car fax and found out the car had been in 2 ACCIDENTS!! They don't even
inspect these used cars. They are arrogant and mean This is one dealership that should be closed they give GM A BAD NAME!!

NEVER BUY A CAR AT ROTHROCK.

we bought the Saturn at Rothrock more than 6 months ago. The car had about 68,000 miles and up till now it has about 72,000 miles. Today we brought it to Rothrock for battery check and inspection. We found out that the car wasn't passed the inspection (because of the tires, battery, brake and others) which is so rediculous. We just put about 4,000 miles on that car. We talked to the sales manager but he said he could not do anything. Per sales manager (after talking to service manager), the car hadn't been checked right before we bought it. The last time they checked it was December 2008. In order for the car to pass the inspection (replacing the tires and battery, fixing the brakes and other stuffs), we had to pay $936 out of our pocket although we bought the best warranty they have. They only gave us a discount on battery replacement. We are so pissed off for we feel like they cheated us
