I was told they would fill up our tank and was the car since it was dirty.Had some kid take it to the car wash and spray it off. car was still dirty inside and out. They put a 1/4 tank of gas. Hidden fees. Tey charged me about 5000 more than other dealers in town

Calling the service department is a nightmare. I avoid going there if at all possible. At the signing of the purchase contract they tried slipping in an additional $650 over the agreed price. These aren't trustyworthy people.

Bought an 06' Ascender new. Our dumb a$$es paid almost $40k for it, then less than 2 years & 20k miles the piece of $hit falls apart. They have it for 2+ weeks, but offer no loaner, or courtesy transportation. Says it's not their policy, apparently just their policy to see you the crap. Financing was great cuz we did that on our own.
