When you get on the lot you find out that they put a dealer add on sticker the same as the rebate. False advertising. Salesman tells you that Hyundai has a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty, but when you get to the fiance guy, he informs you that you was misinformed and tries to sell you an extended warranty. Beware of this dealer. I gave them $6000.00 to take my old truck. what a bunch of crooks I wonder who else this has happen too????? If not for the fact that I had to get out of the rental I was in, I would have turned away from their over 8% rate for a credit score of 720 with zero negative marks. Just way high. I also feel that their service department needs overhauling. I had my truck for less than a month, 10 miles on it when I drove it off, when I had to put it back in thier "SHOP". Of course they couldnt find anything so told me they dont see what I am talking about. The light came on again the next day, I took pictures and returned it to them. They then told me that they have the code from the computer and would order a POO Sensor for it. Over a month later and nothing from them, I call and now they are not showing anything in the computer. I pay x amount each month to have a NEW vehicle that should have no issues, but I continue to have tire pressure issues and the 4wheel drive light coming on. Not only that, I was told when I bought it that when I brought it back in for the tire pressure lights coming on, that they would detail the truck. Never happened. I heard bad things about Dutch Miller, but being from the area I wanted to give them a chance, I guess that was my bad. If they research their records and tell me that they still dont have anything, I am going to do 2 things. Call about the lemon law and call the BBB. We have a neighbor who you some how made her car disappear, so that she would feel pressured into buying a car. Then you lied to the Better Business Bureau, I hope to get a list of people that you have done this way, and let the tri-state area know about your practices. We are encouraging her to seek legal advice. Your salesmans remark about it being a womans thing, sounds a little discriminating to me.
