I wound up not purchasing my cts from kerbeck and for good reason. The ignorant and annoying Cuban fuck salesman told me two different stories about the car when I visited on separate occassions. First the cars were certified pre-owned then when I came back two days later they were not. Same salesperson followed me around breakin my balls before I could even look. He tried telling me stuff that wasn't true to make the sale. He must have thought I was a sucker since I was young. Prices were also outrageous. They had an 08 cts with high mileage, a broken grill, and was the base package for 27,500. Funny because I wound up getting mine at a local automall with low miles, luxury package and perfect condition for 25,500. It's also certified so it's covered bumper to bumper for three more years by Cadillac. I will never go back to kerbeck. Oh and I called the one in Atlantic city and was told by the man on the phone that they had 30 different 08 cts's and after I drove an hour they had only four. I literally told the guy to go fuck himself.

Go there for a good price and stick to your guns. Their service department is atrocious they should remove the word service all together from the shed in the back of the dealership. If you go, go for the price and DO NOT EXPECT SERVICE, from the sales people and especially after you make your purchase, you are on your own for servicing the car. If you lucky and you buy something still under the manufacturers warranty go to another dealer.

I dont know about this lady or guy down below but my car buying experience with Kerbeck was %100 AWESOME! I purchased a 2008 Caddy at 50% off its original price. Plus everyone was so nice. Also my credit was shakey and they still worked with me. Hey I guess that not everybody is always gonna have a great experience but I have a feeling that this other person may be exagerating a bit. I did some research and evidently this isnt the only website they posted that exact paragraph on, They even went as far to make a website, I think its called Ihatefckerbeck.com or something like that. Heh, talk about extremes! Somebody needs to take a chill pill, lol!

Here are some of the reasons why we hate FC KERBECK:
- Typical “price per month” only dealer - they won’t share the real numbers until you sign.
- They treat you like a NUMBER not a customer - they are only concerned about making their weekly, monthly, yearly quota for number of cars sold. Once they sell you a car, they will forget who you are.
- Their cars are over-priced - don’t be fooled by their monthly specials and sales. Check the Kelly Bluebook value prior to buying a car from FC KERBECK.
- They push your hot buttons - their salespeople will play on your emotions especially if you help them by revealing your hot buttons.
- They will get you to “Buy it TODAY!” - They will go to great lengths to give you the impression that you must buy today or else you will lose the car or the deal or some other thing.
- They won’t call you back - FC KERBECK never called me once to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up after being serviced. I even showed up to the dealership to find out the status of my car and no one knew where my car was, or if it was ready to be picked up. I told FC KERBECK that I will not come back until someone gives me a call. I NEVER GOT A CALL.
- Their “Not-So 100% Money Back Gaurantee” - I bought a car on a Wednesday and returned it on Saturday to have a punch list of items to be fixed (which they said should only take 1-2 days). Six days later I still didn’t hear back from FC KERBECK. On the seventh day, I tell them I no longer want the car. They said that since I returned the car for service (service that they originally agreed to do when I bought the car) that it no longer qaulified for the money back gaurantee.
- Everyone else hates FC KERBECK - No seriously! After I purchased my car from FC KERBECK, I told people where I got my car from and 75% of them said… “What are you crazy?”; “Why would you buy a car from FC KERBECK?”; “I’ve heard bad stories about them.” If you don’t believe it… tell 15 people that you are thinking about buying a car from FC KERBECK, and hear what they have to say.
- Their commercials are annoying - A dealership that has annoying car commercials will most likely be annoying to deal with.
