The dealership paid off my trade in more than 15 days after I bought their car which was reported on my credit as a late payment. After discussing with manager they told me it shouldn't affect my rating too much and to drop it. After 3 attempts to reach the GM, only to get his voicemail and no return calls, I will NEVER buy there again. And I refuse to let them service my car.
