We purchased a used car and were not able to pick it up for a week because they were really slow getting it through maintance checks and cleaning. They tried to tell us it was already done. However the car had trash and all fluids were low. We have already had to take it in twice for problems with steering, Thank goodness for the warrenty. Now we are waiting on our plates and it has been over a month! Not to mention our temp tag expired a week and a half ago and we are still waiting for a new temp tag that was supposedly overnighted!
