I was told I would now if I was approved by noon the next day,as it came and gone I called to check up on my approval or not, the sales man had left for the day ,the man on the phone Steve, asked if I had been shown the new inventory that I could get in a new car not a used one, I told him no one showed me any he said ok you need $2500 cash down and have a good day that was it, so I called and left a message for the owner Stewart to call me back the same guy Steve called said he had already explained to me .Very Rude I guess Head Kia doesn't need to sell cars. Not saying my credit is great but I will never establish credit if no one is willing to try and help.
