My 2009 F-150 was delivered 4-7-09. It had 309 mi. when I took Delivery. Sometime later when I went to hand wash it I found a tust spot on the side wrap a round of the front bumper. Aaron at the body shop took pictures and then told ford it looked like a rock chip. you are a peach Aaron. First of all how would you get a rock chip on the side of the bumper. NOT! I want a Ford representative from the factory for a second opinion. This is a flaw in the chrome!

Makes you wonder how they are still in business. My dad alway thought Dick Witham was fair, but since he's left apparently so has their integrity. Mr. Godfrey will certainly run this business into the ground.

Went in to deal on new truck, to no avail. With no trade, still could not get a good price. Had to go out of town to buy one.

The price estimate provided by the dealer turned out to be $5,000 less than the car was actually worth. The manager was bossy, manipulative, and careless. Concerns with car value were overlooked and the entire experience reminded me of a megachurch healing scandal. When you think of stereotypical "car salesmen," think Dick Witham Ford.
