If not, I would like the coward who wrote them & accused me of many falicious activities to man up & post your real name. There were many problems but the worst was the Finance manager. I was paying sticker price for the vehicle as it was but after all the extras I was several thousands higher than the competition. The mark up on undercoat, window tint & all else was rediculous. I understand some markup for their troubles but not like this. Over $200 for a window tint, $300 for undercoat & the list goes on & on. Basically I was looking at a %100+ markup on everything. Thats not to mention the attitude I was given. The sales guy was nice but had no say once I "moved on" to the tough guys. Finance, Sales manager & some other suited person all had the same sense of entitlement & seemed to look down on me. In the end I saved $7000 for the same vehicle & they even were nice to me. Just a warning. Cody 03/26/2010 Comments John & Darrin, may I use your real name CJ? This is Cody Gower at Auto Trim Design. I don't mind using my real name. If it were Wade I may change it also though so I don't mind the slight of hand. I do mind the false accusations though. I have not once in my life touched an illicit drug. If your idea of a man sweating is caused by drugs then you must be choking on that silver spoon you were born with. My father taught me to work hard & not pretend to be above anyone. I have never had a problem with manual labor whether it be tinting, detailing, construction or restaraunt work, I've done them all and many more. Now I realize that your dad worked hard to get where he is & had no need to teach you anything about work ethic; but many people dont need to be taught this thing called work in order to figure it out. I would like you to quit using this forum & your cheap names & just call me if you have a problem. They had a bunch of picketing outside but I watched closely as the AUTOTRIM truck kept driving by all day, then he told a gentleman that he was enjoying paying these guys to be doing this. When asked why, he said he was getting even for bad dealings with CJ, but when in fact he couldn't pay the rent for 6months so they asked him to leave and in doing so in a business like manner, Cody, pissed and crapped all over the building to make it hard for them to clean up, so in my opinion, CODY from AUTOTRIM, it's time to grow up, and pay your bills, If it was me I would have kicked you out after first 30 days. You were lucky he befriended you enough to let you stay that long. Also it's a little hard running a business when you are seriously on drugs, and many that have entered your shop and seen you when you were high, know that sweating look was from Meth Amphetamines. And if we can notice it, think about the others that have no clue about it. CJ is a great guy that runs the wade auto group currently, the problem is that when they do other businesses to accent selling cars they step on the many subcontractors that do work for the many products that a dealer purchases. Products such as audio/video, Paint touch up, Auto Glass installation, Upholstry, Window Tinting, Auto Detailing, and many other products that a dealership might purchase. Also the Wade group has branched out in other non auto businesses, in doing so they have affected many other groups and small businesses by going in house and not supporting the different businesses associated with their operation, thus most I talk to do not like the Stephen Wade Group and also CJ Wade because he has brokered alot of these side businesses and it has not turned out well for those who were involved. I think they should stick to selling cars and operating it properly and stay out of all the side opportunities that could back fire on their reputation if things go wrong. I am sure it is tempting to branch out in all different areas, but in the end their probably not profitable as the business of sellings cars anyway. I dont blame them for going in house on some things because some of the subcontractors they used did bad work such as Auto Trim Design, and other fly by night small businesses. In a small town there is always about 100 plus individual businesses that do business with the Wade Group and they need to consider as they expand how it affects other businesses and individuals. Im trying to be as neutral as I can from my perspective. My suspicians began when part of the sale was boasting that GM CJ Wade was in Haiti, then heard it again on the radio. I do lots of charity work & commend anyone who does it for the right reasons. Doing it as an obvious promotion is not the right reason. As I asked local businesses that work with the Wades I found a pattern. EVERYONE who has dealt with CJ had only negative to say. I have not met him but I have to believe he is a pretentious self-absorbed knock off of what the old man was. I asked to see the invoice for the car several times and even though they had promised on the phone they never showed it to me. We haggled price but all that time and effort was thrown out when I went in to see the finance lady and it was a much higher price. They told me I would get $2500 on my trade in but when I looked at the receipt i had only received $500. Then they sold me a service policy which zi tried to cancel 2 days later and was told there was a $200 charge to do so. Something they had not mentioned before I bought it. My efforts to get some relief when ignored. I have met 2 salesmen since and told my unhappy story and they promised to research and call me but they never did. I do not recommend this place at all. The usage of such over the top language causes credibility issues for the complaint itself. Rather than bad mouthing the Wade organization,I will simply say I am disappointed at the level of integrity displayed by CJ Wade in general. CJ's father Stephen is a very good man. He is a man of great great character and integrity. I hope his posterity will live their lives such that his name is no longer besmirched. My salesman was pushy, and when he couldnt close me on a payment that I could not afford he brought down CJ Wade (Stephen wade's son) the GM, and owner to pressure me further. What a joker that kid is. At Stephen Wade Auto center they care about one thing. The sale. There service center is also way over priced but that is a story for a different day.
