Sales lady Diana was the worst sales person I have ever met! 1) She was rude, talked to other sales people about me when I am just a few feet away! 2) She told me about her personal life (like I care) how much she makes, how her husband left her for a better looking lady, her daughter almost died, how depressed she was, ect. 3) When she went to fill up my car she SMOKED IN IT!! Yes even after they "detailed" it. 4) Any question I had she talked to me like I was stupid. 5) Her desk was a wreck! She even spilled her tea all over her desk and floor and didnt even bother to clean it up. 6) She told me that if I didnt rate her well on some survey that she didnt even want me to buy a car there. 7)I wanted them to throw in a small part that goes on the trunk, they said they would, she went to order it, and did order it with out looking for the part number, so when it came it and they installed it, it was the wrong one!! Had to come back twice to have that fixed!! It was the worst car buying experience imaginable! I have bought a car from Ron Cater previously but never will I do it again
