Mr. Loper was very patient with us and explained everything to us. He advocated for us. Called that morning and set up appointment for later that morning. they did not try to push unnecessary services. Great service...and provided me with the best price.

Got there a bit early and was greeted warmly and was taken care of promptly. I had a few questions about my car and was promised the service folks would take a look and let me know answers...and they did. The staff are wonderful...welcoming...fully knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.

I have my vehicle serviced many times during the year, and every time the people are so nice and willing to bend to my needs. Due to the fact I work in Mineola and get out at three pm. they are always very friendly and have me be the last apt...and they even wait for me if I’m late.

I expected to have to come back the next day,but was offered dinner if I wanted to return in a few hours for the car. It had plates,registration, and the insurance was all taken care of.Marco set up my bluetooth enabled phone and made sure I knew how to use the wipers, lights and all other needed items. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Even with the power out due to hurricane irene they did great

Went in with my Husband, and when they asked who the car was for and who was doing the purchasing, I replied that I was. They proceeded to address all questions and concerns directly to me!!! I have had salespeople from other dealers actually ignore me, and address only my Husband.

They addressed me. I am driving the car, I am financing the car. One dealer actually told me to discuss it with my Husband and come back. They made us very comfortable while we waited. They never just left us sitting. Someone was always seeing if we needed anything or just having conversations with us. Once I agreed to the car, they were just as friendly and concerned with our comfort as they were when we looking to purchase.

They totally suck. The service person Matz is a thief as is the sales force. Promised me a 200.00 gas card and I had to ask 100 x before they gave me a 100.00 gas card took two months of insisting before they gave mme a check for 100.00.
GO SOME WHERE ELSE. The sad part is I'll never bring my srt there for service. They lose
